This is the last Will and Testament of me William Hobday of Ramsgate in the Isle of Thanet in the County of Kent Victualler I being of sound and disposing mind and memory

First I give and bequeath unto anf to the use of my beloved Sarah Hobday and to her Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever (after payment of my just debts and Funeral charges all my monies Securities for Money stocks in the public funds stock in trade plate linen apparel household goods and furniture and all other my effects goods chattels and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever

And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made I publish and declare this and this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the Third day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and two. Wm. Hobday
Signed sealed published and declared by the said William Hobday the Testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who here subscribe our names in his presence

May 29th 1811 Sarah Hobday of Ramsgate widow the relict and sole Executrix named in this Will was duly sworn as usual And that the Goods Chattels and credits do not amount in value to the sum of Three hundred pounds. Jno. Francis, Surrogate
Testator died 10th February
