This is the last Will and Testament of me William Fenton of Maidstone in the County of Kent Esq

Whereas I am intitled to one Annuity of £200 a year payable to my Exors Admors or Assís by Thos Mead Esq during the Life of me and Juliana my Wife and the Survivor of us Now I hereby give and devise all my right and Interest in and to such Annuity unto my said Wife

Item I give and devise unto my said Wife the use of all my Plate Linnen and Household Goods during her Life
And after her Decease I give such Plate Linnen and Household Goods unto my Son William Stapleton May Fenton

Item I further give to my said Wife the Sum of £500 Item I give the Interest and Profits of All my Money Stocks and Securities for Money unto my said Wife for her Life
and after her Decease I give the same unto her said Son
but in case my said Son shd dye before my said Wife and before he attains his Age of 21 Years Then and in such Case I Give all my Money and Securities for Money Plate Linnen and Household Goods unto my said Wife for her absolute Use

And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Wife Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament as also Guardian of my said Son In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this 15 Day of February in the Year of our Lord 1754 W Fenton
