first I give and devise unto my well beloved wife Sarah Clayton Denne all that my one full equal undivided moiety or half part (the whole in two equal parts to be divided) of and in all the freehold boatbuilders shop with the yard ground and appertuances thereunto belonging situate lying and being in or near Coppin Street in Deal aforesaid and now in the occupation of ? and Stephen Brown my co-partner and all other my real estate whatsoever and wheresoever to hold the same unto and to the use of her my said wife Sarah Clayton Denne her heirs and assigns forever.
Also I give and bequeath all and singular my goods chattels and effects debts due and owing to me money, securities for money, money in any of the public stocks or funds of this Kingdom and all other my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what kind or nature soever the same may be at the time of my decease (subject to and after payment of all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses) unto her my said wife Sarah Clayton Denne her executors administrators and assigns to and for her and their own absolute use and benefit and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Sarah Clayton Denne full and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and lastly I revoke all former wills by me made.

Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto
in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other.

The before registered will of John Denne deceased was proved on 20th day of April 1825 before the Right Honourable Sir William ? Knight Doctor of Laws, Commissary General of the City and Diocese of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Sarah Clayton Denne widow, the relict the sole Executrix named in the said will she being first sworn well and truly to perform the same.
