This is the last Will and Testament of me Martha Denne of the Parish of Eastry in the County of Kent, spinster I being of sound mind and memory.

First I give and bequeath unto my nephew Edward Emanuel Keeble and nieces Charlotte Keeble and Harriet Keeble the sum of ten pounds apiece of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid them at their attaining their several and respective ages of twenty one years.

All the rest and residue of my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever (after payment of my just debts funeral expenses and the charges of proving this my will) I give and bequeath unto my sister Elizabeth Harris and to my niece Mary Wellard and to their executors administrators and assigns equally to be divided between them share and share alike.

Also I give and devise all and every my messuages or tenements lands hereditaments and real estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my said sister Elizabeth Harris and to my said niece Mary Wellard and to their heirs and assigns for ever equally to be divided between them share and share alike to take as tenants in common and not as joint tenants.

And I do constitute and appoint my said sister Elizabeth Harris and niece Mary Wellard Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoke all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twentieth day of October in the thirty second year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third over Great Britain and so forth and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety two. Signed sealed published and declared by the said Martha Denne the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her presence have subscribed our names as witnesses.

The before registered will of Martha Denne deceased was proved the seventeenth day of May 1800 before the Rev Joshua Dix Clerk Surrogate to the Right Honourable Sir William Scott, Knight Doctor of Laws Vicar General to his Grace John ? ? Lord Archdeacon of Canterbury Primate of All England and ? lawfully constituted by the oaths of Elizabeth Harris the sister and Mary Wellard the niece of the Testatrix and Executrixes named in the said will they being first sworn well and truly to perform the same.
