This is the Last Will and Testament of me Mary Denne of Littlebourne, within county, Spinster.
First I do most humbly commend my soul to the Almighty God my Creator, trusting to obtain everlasting salvation through .. of my dear . and my body I commit to the earth to be buried according to the direction of my Executrixes and Executor herein after named and my estate I dispose of as follows, that is to say,

I give and bequeath one fourth part of all my sheets and linen which shall be and be found in my . Oaken chest at the time of my decease unto my two nieces H.. Blaxland and Sarah Blaxland, daughters of my late sister Elizabeth Blaxland deceased to far... equally divided between them

also I give and bequeath the other three fourth parts of the said sheets and linen which shall be found in my said chest at the time of my decease, unto my sister Sarah the wife of the Right Worshipful Thomas Parker Esq. the mayor of the city of Canterbury, unto my sister Margaret the wife of Richard Solly and unto my niece Esther Blaxland one of the daughters of my late sister Esther the late wife of John Blaxland equally to be divided amongst them.

Also in case of my said nieces H. Blaxland or Sarah Blaxland shall happen to part this life under the age of Twenty one years without leaving lawful . I give the part of their said sheets and linen of her so dying unto the survivor of them and in case of the death of both of them under this said age without their dying their parts of the said sheets and linen unto my said sisters Sarah Parker, and Margaret Solly to be equally divided ..

Also I give and bequeath unto Thomas .... of Sittingbourne aforsaid yeoman, the sum of Two hundred pounds of money of Great Britain and my .
Also I give and bequeath unto my said sister Sarah Parker the sum of one hundred pounds of Silver money.

Also I will order and direct that this sum of one hundred pounds of silver money shall within one month next after my decease be put and placed out at interest by my Executrixes and Executor herein after appointed upon Government or other good security or securities and I do herby give and bequeath unto my said sister Margaret Solly all the dividends and interest which shall accrue and .. for the said last mentioned principal sum of one hundred pounds during the term of her natural life and after decease of my said sister Margaret Solly, then I give and bequeath the said last mentioned principal sum of one hundred pounds unto all and every children of my said sister Margaret Solly which she may happen to share to be divided equally among them share and share alike.

Also I give and bequeath unto my said sisters Sarah Parker and Margaret Solly all the rest . and effects whatsoever not herein declared Subject to the payment of my debts and funeral charges, equally to be divided between them share and share alike. Also I do make and appoint said sisters and the said Thomas .. executrixes and executor of this my last will and testament and hereby revoking all former wills I do declare this 29th day of February 1768 .....
