In the name of God Amen I Elizabeth Denne of Deal in the County of Kent, Spinster being indisposed in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory considering the frailty of this life do make and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following. First I commend my Soul unto Almighty God my maker and my body to the Earth from whence it is. And as for my worldly estate I give and devise the same as followeth (that is to say)

I give devise and bequeath all and singular my lands tenements and hereditaments whatsoever situate lying and being in the Parish of Great Mongeham or elsewhere in the said County of Kent unto my sister Anna Denne of Deal aforesaid, Spinster and to her heirs and assigns forever.

Item all and singular my goods chattels leasehold and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever of what nature kind or quality soever I give and bequeath the same unto my said sister Anna Denne her executors administrators and assigns and I make ordain constitute and appoint my said sister Anna Denne full and sole Executrix of this my will and revoking all former wills by me made I do make and declare this only for my true and last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Denne have hereunto set my hand and seal the fifteenth day of June Ano Domini 1710 and in the fourth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George King of Great Britain Elizabeth ? the letters(?) of the said Elizabeth Denne. Signed sealed published and declared by the said Elizabeth Denne for and as her last Will and Testament on the date thereof in the presence of us who subscribed our names as witnesses in her presence.
