Transcribed by Norm Dennie
In the name of God Amen. I Mary Denne of Walmer, in the County of Kent, widow, being of health and sound memory, yet considering this uncertainty of this life, do make and declare this my last will and testament.

I give and bequeath to my Grandson William Denne son of my son David Denne the sum of twenty pounds to be paid to him at the age of twenty one, also I give the said William a gold ring.
I give my Grandaughter Susanna Denne daughter of my son David Denne, the sum of twenty shillings, to be paid to her father for her.
I give to my Grandchildren William, John, and Thomas Somer (sons of my daughter Mary wife of John Somer) the sum of twenty pounds a piece to be paid to them respectively as they shall attain the ages of one and twenty years.

I give to my Grandaughter Mary Somer daughter of my daughter Mary the sum of twenty pounds to be paid to her at the age of eighteen years or day of marriage which shall first happen. Also I give to her my bed and furniture belonging as it now stands in my house in Walmer.

It is my will that my Executors disburse out of my estate the sum of four pounds for my funeral. After payment of my debts I bequeath to John Somer and Mary his wife this estate.
I do make and appoint my son David Denne and John Kelley as Executors.
I give to my said son David Denne forty shillings for a ring to wear in remembrance of me.
..... 18th day of July 1711 .....

Probated 29th day of Sept. 1712
