Know all Men by those present that I Jonathan Denne 2nd Lieutenant of Their Majesties Ship Lyon have and by those present do make ordain and constitute my loving wife Grace Denne of the Town of Deal in the County of Kent ?

and I the said Jonathan Denne considering the uncertainty of this transitory life do make and declare those present to contain my last Will and Testament that is to say,

all such salaries prize money, smart money pensions as after all such wages sum and sums of money lands tenements goods chattels and estate whatsoever wherewith at the time of my decease I shall be possessed or invested or which shall then belong or of right apportioned(?) unto me I do give devise and bequeath unto the aforesaid Grace Denne in the said town and county aforesaid and do hereby nominate and appoint my loving wife Grace Denne in the town and county aforesaid and do revoke all former wills and deeds of gift by me at any time heretofore made and do ordain those present to stand and be for and as my only last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 30th(?) day of May Ano Domini 1693 and in the fifth year of his Majesties Reign. Jonathan Denne. Signed sealed published and declared in the presence of
