Memorandum that the day and date aforesaid my brother John Denn did give and bequeath those following legacies.
Item I give and bequeath to my five sisters twenty shillings apiece.
Item I give and bequeath to my two sisters Jane and Margaret two sheets apiece.
Item I give and bequeath to my brother David Denne one pound.
Item I give and bequeath unto my brother Peter Denne my worsted ? coat and hat.
Item I give and bequeath to my loving father Mr Peter Denne my new(?) ? ? coat and six and forty shillings in money which he now oweth me.
Item I give and bequeath to my loving mother two pounds.
Item I give and bequeath to my loving Aunt Margaret Denne ten shillings.
Item I give and bequeath to Mr Morris and his wife ten shillings apiece to buy them rings.
Item I give and bequeath to my loving cousins Francis and Thomas Jeal ten shillings apiece to buy them rings.
Item I give and bequeath to Mr Morgan Thomas ten shillings to buy a ring.
Item I give and bequeath to my cousin Mr John Denne ten shillings to buy a ring.
Item I give and bequeath to Mrs Priscilla Drayton ten shillings to buy a ring.
Item I give and bequeath to my honoured ? Sir Thomas Scott and his Lady twenty shillings apiece to buy them rings.
Item I give and bequeath to the young Lady Elizabeth Scott their daughter ten shillings to buy a ring.
Item I give and bequeath to all my loving partners a pair of gloves and ? ? ?
Item I give and bequeath to my cousin Robert Knaplock my cloth serge suit and coat.
Item I give to Richard Thomson the porter my old ? coat.
Item I give to my cousin Richard Crooker(?) ten shillings to buy a ring.
Item I give to six bearers that carry me to my grave gloves and scarves.
Item I give to the minister and clerk that bury me each of them a pair of gloves.

Lastly I give and bequeath to my brother William Denne all the rest and residue of my goods and chattels paying out of it my debts and funeral charges.
