The last Will and Testament nuncupative of Anne Denne of the Parish of Bishopsbourne in the County of Kent, Virgin on a certain time happening within the months of March April May June July August or September Ano Domini 1622 she the said Anne lying sick in her bed namely of the sickness whereof she died being of perfect mind and memory with a mind and intent to make her will in the presence and hearing of several persons there present said as followeth.

Viz Mrs Jane Denn mother of the said Anne Denne or some other person demanded of the said Anne who should have her portion or legacies which her father gave her if she died of that sickness to which she answered and replied my sister shall have it meaning her sister Margaret Denne.

And likewise at another time in her said sickness the said Anne Denne affirmed that her sister meaning the said Margaret should have her ? pounds when she the said Anne died. And ten pounds more she had which(?) should pay for her burying. The which several words or the very same in effect and substance did the said Anne Denne being of perfect mind and memory in the time of her sickness whereof she did affirm and said in the hearing and presence of several witnesses said in the presence and hearing of
the aforesaid Mrs Jane Denne, Susan Turner and Margery Fridge.
