In the Name of God Amen I George Collins of Sevenoaks in the County of Kent Farrier being of a sound mind memory and understanding praised be God for the same do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say

in the first place I order and direct that all such just debts as I shall owe at the time of my decease my Funeral Testamentary and all other incidental expences shall be paid and satisfied by my Executrix and Executor hereinafter named with all convenient speed after my decease

and I do hereby give devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife Mary Collins all that my Messuage or Tenement with the Stables and outbuildings to the same belonging now in my own occupation and also all the Stables Coachhouses and outbuildings now in the tenure or occupation of Henry Water which said Messuage or Tenement Stables Coach houses and Hereditaments situate in the Town of Seven oaks aforesaid with the Rights Members and Appurtenances to the same belonging to hold the same unto and to the use of my said Wife Mary Collins during her natural life

and as to all my monies and Securities for money Beds Bedding Plate Linen China Brasing Utensils and all other my Household Goods and Furniture of every description and all the rest residue and remainder of my effects and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or quality soever not hereinbefore otherwise disposed of and subject to the payment of my just debts Funeral expences the cost of obtaining the probate of this my Will and all other incidental expences I do give and bequeath unto my said Wife Mary Collins during her natural life

and immediately after her decease I do order and direct that all my Messuage or Tenement Hereditaments and Premises with the Stables Coachhouses and outbuildings with the Household Goods and all other my property of what nature or kind soever either Real or Personal to be sold and disposed of and the Proceeds thereof to be equally divided between my Sons and Daughters that shall be living at the time of the decease of my said Wife share and share alike

and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my dear Wife Mary Collins and Mr Samuel Wiggins of Seven Oaks aforesaid my Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all and every Will or Wills at any time heretofore made by me declaring this only to be my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of Paper

In Witness whereof I the said George Collins the Testator have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty fifth day of October in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty one Geo Collins
