Instructions for the Will of James Barham of Tonbridge in the County of Kent Wheelwright

Messuage Carpenter’s Shop outbuildings and Garden with the Appurts at Tonbridge Town in the County of Kent occupied by Henry West and all other real estate And all Personal Estate to Brother in Law James Arrow and friend William Weller In Trust after payment of debts funeral and testamentary expences To pay the annual interest and income To wife Frances for her life or to permit her to receive the same

and after her decease The Messuage and premises with the Appurts occupied by Henry West To Brother William Barham in fee and also all other Real estate to same Brother in like manner

of the Personal Estate after wife’s death 500L to Mary Dent the wife of William Dent of Tooley Street London Grocer absolutely
300L To Sister in Law Betty Arrow for her life
and at her decease 100L part thereof To Sarah daughter of Henry Dickenson the Younger of Town of Malling in Kent
100L other part to Wm Sutton son of Sarah Ann Sutton of Tonbridge aforesaid Widow
& 100L the remainder To Charles Benjamin Thomas Sutton the other son of Sarah Ann Sutton

Residue to said Brother William Barham absolutely
The said James Arrow and William Weller Executors

As Witness my hand the fourth day of April One thousand eight hundred and forty James Barham
