In the Name of God Amen the Seventh day of September in the thirteenth year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord King George over Great Brittaine France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith Annoq Domini 1726
I John Anderson of the Parish of St John Baptist in the Isle of Thanet in the County of Kent Mariner being of Imperfect health of body but of Very sound and perfect mind and memory thanks be given to Allmighty God therefore do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form Following (that is to say)
First and Principally I give my soule into the hands of Allmighty God who gave it me and my body I Comend it to the Earth to be decently buryed in Christian manner

and as touching the Very Small matter of my worldly goods Chattels ready money or debts owing to me real and personall Inheritance which God hath blessed me with in this life I give Devise bequeath and Dispose of the same and every part thereof unto my Kinsman and Relation Henry Anderson of the Parish of St John Wappin in the County of Middlesex Mariner and to his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assignes forever Immediately after my Funerall Expences are paid and Discharged

and of this my last Will and Testament I doe hereby make and ordain my said Kinsman Henry Anderson my full and sole Executor and I doe hereby Utterly disallow revoke and make Void all and every other former Wills Testaments Legacies bequests and Executors by me in any wise before this time named bequeathed or given Declaring ratifying and Confirming this only and no other to be my last will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett and put my hand & seale the day and year first above written John Anderson signed sealed published and pronounced to be the last Will and Testament of the said John Anderson in the Presence of
