He signed a will on 24 Oct 1858 in DeKalb County, Indiana. Promoted to Full Lieutenant 2nd Class on 01 May 1865 (Not Mustered) Mustered out Company E, 88th Infantry Regiment Indiana on 07 June 1865 in Washington, DC He appeared in the census in 1880 in Piqua, Miami, Ohio.448 He died before 1900.
