David Hardy Will

In the name of the Benevolent Father of all,

I, David Hardy of the county of Wayne and State of Ohio, do make and publish this my last will and testament.

Item 1st    All my past debts must be paid.
        2nd   My son Alexander Hardy has got his Share.
        3rd    I give and devise to my beloved wife the income of the farm on which we reside during her life.  My daughter Margaret
                  Christy, my son Hugh Hardy, and my daughter Sarah Ann McCoy, to have Equal Shares alike at the death of my said wife.
Item 4th    I do hereby nominate and appoint Alexander Hardy and Peter Christy Executors of this my last will and testament.
I do hereby revoke all former wills by me made.

    In testimony whereof, I have here unto set my hand and seal this sixteenth day of June in the year of our lord A.D. 1857.
