I don't have that much info. as of yet, as I just started on this branch a while ago. The info. I have is as follows:
Charles Rose - born 1854 in Chatham, Kent, England (Charles Edward Rose)
-married Jane Rose March quarter of the year 1873 in Brentford. I don't have the cert., but have this entry from freebmd that is a possible match. Not sure if Jane Rose was her maiden name or if she remarried. Jane was born in Hammersmith approx. 1853.
Children: Charles Edward Rose - born in Brentford in Dec. quarter of 1874
Charlotte Lavinia Rose - born in Brentford in Dec. quarter of year 1875
Henry James Rose - born in Brentford in June quarter of year 1878
William Frederick Rose - born in Brentfore in Dec. quarter of year 1880
-This is as of the 1881 census.
- I don't have the 1891 census yet
- I think there is a Herbert and Elsie as of the 1901 census and son Charles may have died in 1892.
- Charlotte Lavinia Rose married Albert Tubbs sometime in the years of 1893 and 1903 - I have yet to find the entry (although there is a possible entry for the year 1893 marriage of an Albert Tubbs to a Charlotte Lavinia 'Richardson' in Fulham - Richardson just happens to be the married name of Albert Tubbs older sister, so may be a name mix up between bride and witness. Have yet to order cert.
Charlotte was a maid as of the 1901 census and living in Hastings as a maid. They had at least 3 children by the name of Reginald, Alice and William Tubbs. Charlotte and Albert died sometime between the years of 1910 and 1924, as the children were orphaned and came to Canada. I can't find the death entries for this either, from checking the films at the LDS. It's through the daughter Alice, born in 1906 that my husband's line came from.
Thanks for adding my page and for any further info. you could add.
