Subject: New Coordinator for Back to Nimitybelle
Good morning,
I would like to advise that Emma Rose of "Kybeyan," Nimmitabel,  has been selected as the Co-ordinator for the Back to Nimitybelle festival.  Emma will provide administrative support for the Committee and sub-committees, to help us to make sure everything is in tip top order, ready to go!
Emma will be supervised by Rae Blyton and will commence on Monday  16th September, initially for one day a week.  She plans to work from her office at home.  Her first task will be to make contact with the Group Leaders of all of the projects to write up progress, update our Project Plan and to see how she can help you.
Barry Flack has made good progress with the raffle- good work Barry!  Tony Golby is forging ahead with plans for the Fishing Competition.  I attach Tony's update report which will be tabled at our next meeting on 14 October.

Please contact me or Rae if you have any particular jobs for Emma - she is enthusiastic, able and very keen to get going.
We welcome her onto the team and are confident that she will bring fresh, young ideas and energy that Nimmitybelle will enjoy immensely.  I look forward to seeing you on 14th October or hearing via phone or email earlier.
All the best - and please prepare for Emma's call.
 Peter Kobold
