            I William Weare of the parish of Trelleck in the County of Monmouth, yeoman, being in sound mind and memory, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament, dated this twenty fifth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two.  I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary, her heirs and assigns for ever, all and every thing or things of which I am possessed, or have title to, both of personal and real estate whatsoever and wheresoever, without reserve.  And to prevent mistakes I wish to mention a debt of sixty pounds which is due to me from my sister Margaret of which I have security only for fifty pounds with interest, all this debt with lawful interest I give and bequeath to my wife Mary aforesaid her heirs and assigns for ever.  And also there is a debt of fifteen pounds eleven shillings and ten pence due to me from my brother-in-law John Jones, this I likewise give and bequeath unto my said wife Mary her heirs and assigns for ever.  And I constitute and appoint my said wife Mary to be the sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament.  As witness my hand and seal this same day and year which are first above written.   William Weare

 

Signed, sealed, published and declared as the last Will and Testament of Mr William Weare in our presence, who in his presence, and in the presence of each other, at his request, have hereunto subscribed our names.  Parry;  John Heydon

 

23rd day of April 1833.  Mary Weare, widow, the relict of the deceased and sole executrix in this Will named was duly sworn as such and that the goods chattles and credits of the deceased are under the value of one hundred pounds.  Before me, Thos Williams, MA, Surrogate

Diocese of Llandaff  In the Consistory Court.In the Goods of Mr William Weare deceased,

 

Appeared Personally Mary Weare of the parish of Mitchel Troy on the County of Monmouth, widow           the sole Executrix named in the last Will and Testament of the said   William Weare late of the parish of Trelleck in the County of Monmouth yeoman deceased, who died in the month of November 1832 and made Oath that the Estate and Effects of the said deceased, for and in respect of which a Probate of the said Will is to be granted, exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a Trustee for any other Person or Persons, and not beneficially, and without deducting any thing on account of the Debts due and owing from the said deceased, are under the value of  one hundred Pounds, to the best of this Deponent’s knowledge, information, and belief.  And lastly made Oath that the said deceased did not die possessed of any Leasehold Estate or Estates for years, either absolute or determinable, on a life or lives to the best of this Deponent’s knowledge, information and belief.  Mary Weare
