            This is the last Will and Testament of me William John of the parish of Mitchel Troy in the County of Monmouth.  I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever situate unto my brother Thomas John of the parish of Mitchel Troy labourer his heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the nature and quality thereof respectively.  And I appoint my said brother Thomas John sole executor of this my said Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 17th day of June 1854.   William (X) John, his mark.

 

Signed and declared by the said testator William John as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other hereto subscribe our names as witnesses.  John Bowyer Jones;  Benjamin Collins

 

Proved at London 28th April 1880 by the oath of Thomas John the brother the sole executor to whom admon was granted
