teneri et firmiter obligari decem
libris bone et Legalis monete Anglie solvendis eidem aut certo attornato
executorbus administrators vel assign suis ad quam quidem solutionem bene et
fideliter faciendam obligamus nos et utrumque nostrum per se pro toto et in
solidum heredes, executors et administrators nostros firmiter per presents per
presentes sigillis nostris sigillatas Date 14 March 1704
The condition of this obligation is
such that if ye above bounden Howell Daniell ye n’all and lawfull
brother and administrator of all and singular ye goods chells and creditts of William
Daniel late of ye pish of Goytre in ye County of Monmouth and Diocess of
Landaffe batchelor dec’d doe make or cause to be made a true & pfect
inventry of all and singular ye goods, chells & creditts of ye sd deced wch
have or shall come to ye hands, possion or knowledge of ye sd Howell Daniel
or into ye hands & possion of any other pson or psons for him & ye same
soe made doe exhibite or cause to be ex’ted into ye Regstry of ye Consistory
Court of Landaffe att or before ye last day of June next ensuing and ye same
goods chells and creditts of ye sd deced wch att ye time of his death or att
any time after shall come to ye hands & possion of ye sd Howell Daniel or
into ye hands & possion of any other pson or psons for him doe well and
truely administer according to law and further doe make or cause to be made a
true and just account of his sd adcon att or before ye last day of March 1706
and all ye rest and residue of ye sd goods chells and creditts wch shall be
found remaining upon ye sd ad’strators account ye same being first exaied &
allowed by ye Judge or Judges for ye time being of ye sd Court shall deliver
and pay unto such pson or psons as ye sd Judge or Judges by his or their decree
or sentence psuant to ye true intent and meaning of a late Act of Parliam’t in that
behalfe made and pvided shall limitt and appoint and if it shall hereafter
appear that any last Will & Testamt was made by ye sd deced & ye
executor or executors therein named doe exhibite ye same into ye sd Court
makeing request to have it allo’d & approv’d accordingly. If ye sd Howell Daniel above bounden
being thereunto required doe render and deliver ye sd Lters of Adcon
(approbation of such testamt being first had and made) in ye sd Court then this
