In the name of God Amen I Joseph Williams of the Parish of Llangwm in the County of Monmouth, miller, being weak in body but of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, praised be God for the same, do make this my last will and testament in manner following (that is to say) I give and bequeath all my monies, securities for monies, goods, chattels and effects and all other my personal property of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever unto my wife Marilla Williams whom I do hereby nominate and appoint sole executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills at any time heretofore by me made and do declare this to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of March one thousand eight hundred and seven. The mark of the above named testator Joseph Williams

Marilla Williams, widow, the relict & sole executrix in the above will named was sworn to the truth thereof and to the faithful performance of the same & that the goods &c do not ammount to the sum of 600£ before me Benj Hall, Chancellor
