In the name of God Amen, this is the last will and testament of me Catchmay Tyler of the parish of Mitchell Troy in the County of Monmouth, Gentleman. First I will and direct that all my just debts and funerall expences shall be duely paid and satisfyed out of my reall and personall estate. And I do hereby charge the same therewith. Also I do hereby charge my said reall estate with the sume of twelve pounds to be paid to my son James Tyler in three months after my decease by his three brothers out of their respective shares of my said reall estate. Also I give to the said James Tyler two of the best oak trees now standing on my estate such as he shall make choice of. I give to my son Francis Tyler one sheet and one blankett. I give to Elizabeth Gwynne daughter of John and Elizabeth Gwynne the least brass pan, one iron pott, one pudding pan and one dripping pan. I give to Elizabeth Tyler daughter of James and Ann Tyler one warming pan. And all the rest and residue of my personall estate of what nature, sort or kind soever I give and bequeath to my son Charles Tyler as a reward and satisfaction for his great care in attending and takeing care of me in my old age and infirmityes, he my said son Charles Tyler paying what interest money shall be due on my estate at the time of my decease and all taxes to that time. And I do hereby make, nominate and appoint William Young of the Town of Monmouth, hoopshaver, sole executor in trust of this my will do desire him to see the same performed according to my true intent and meaning and I do hereby revoak all former or other will or wills by me made and declare this to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this twentieth day of February in the nineteenth year of the Reigne of our Soverigne Lord George the Third by the grace of God of Great Britain, France and Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy nine.
