This is the last will and testament of me Frances Scudamore of the Town of Monmouth, widow. I will that all my just debts be paid and subject thereto I give all my freehold and copyhold estates to my son Henry and his heirs forever. I also give my said son all my personall estate and I do make him sole executor of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this fourteenth day of November in the year of our Lord 1759. F Scudamore.

This will was proved at London the tenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty one before the Right Worshipful Edward Simpson, Doctor of Laws &c, by the oath of Henry Scudamore the son of the deceased and sole executor named in the said will to whom administration of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased was granted having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer.
