In the name of God Amen the tenth day of November in the second year of the raigen of their Soveraien Kinge William the Third and Queene Mary the Second over England etc and in the year of our Lord God 1690: I John Rosser of the pish of Cumcarvan and County of Monmoth, yeoman, beinge of good and pfect memory thankes be to God therefore doe make and ordaine this to be my last will and testament in maner and forme following revoking and disanolinge all other will and willes formerly made by me. Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my sonne Aron Rosser all graine of corne that I have upon the ground and all graine of corne that I have in my barnes and all graine that I have in my keepe? Towardes the payment of my rentes to Mr Morish, Mr Johnes and Mr Perkins and eles where it id due upon me. Item I give and bequeath unto Elisabeth Charles my maid servant the summe of tenne poundes to be paid her with in two? yeares next after my desease. Item I give and bequeath unto the said Elisabeth Charles two steeres of two year ould to be dellivered her within one month next after my deseas and allsoe the one halfe of my houshould stuffe to be dellivered her by my executor with in one month next after my desease only exepting one chest, one cubord and one tabull boord which I resserve to be standards in the hous. Item I give and bequeath unto Lisod Morgan my maid sarvant the summe of five pound to be paid her by my executor with in one year next after my desease and allsoe tenne sheep to be dellivered her with in one month next after my desease. Item I give and bequeath unto my gransones Thomas Rosser, Aron Rosser and Henry Rosser twelve sheep to be dellivered them by my executor with in one month next after my desease. Item I give and bequeath unto Mary John that now liveth with me tenne sheep to be dellivered her with in one month next after my desease. Item I give and bequeath unto my gransonne William Nicholas one browne hayfor to be dellivered him by my executor with in one month next after my desease. Item I give and bequeath unto my grandauter Elisabeth Lucas one redd hayfor to be dellivered her by my executor with in one month next after my desease. Item I give and bequeath unto Henr Thomas, John Morgan and John Phillip all my wering aparell to be devided between them immediately after my desease Where as there wase a legacy given unto Mary Thomas daughter of John Thomas of Croft ye Lay in the last will and testament of Charles Jenkin latly dessed in the pish of Winistow if that the said Mary Thomas when she commeth to the age of one and twenty yeares will give a sufficent discharg for that legacy unto my executor & att the sealinge of the said discharg my will and pleasiour is that my executor shall pay unto the said Mary Thomas the summe of five pounds when shee commeth to the age of one and twenty yeares. Item I give and bequeath unto my sonne Aron Rosser all the rest of my goods, cattell and chatell towardes the payment of all my debtes. Item I doe nominat and apoint my trusty and well beloved sonne Aron Rosser to be my sole executor of this my last will and testament. Memorandum that it is agread between Aron Rosser and Elisabeth Charles that the said Elisabeth Charles is to have twenty pounds in full for all the legasis that is given her with in this will and to be paid her by the said Aron Rosser with in two yeares after the desease of the with in names testator.
