Henry Rickett of Caerleon.

 

The last will and testament of me Henry Rickett of the Town of Caerleon in the County of Monmouth, tiler. I hereby give and bequeath to my beloved wife Esther Rickett my freehold house and garden situate on Goldcroft Common in Caerleon aforesaid together with my household furniture and other effects, moneys owing to me, and all other property, after my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses have been paid to her the said Esther my beloved wife for the term of her natural life and at her decease to my son Alfred and unto all other my children and heirs in succession upon the death without issue of any or each of them. And I further will that the household furniture and the goods and chattels at the decease of my said wife Esther shall be equally divided between my then surviving children or the heirs of each of them.

Given under my hand as my last will and testament this twenty eighth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty seven. Henry Rickett
