This is the last will and testament of me William Pritchard of the parish of Garway in the County of Hereford yeoman whereby I dispose of my worldly estate as follows.
I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever situate unto my son in law Richard Haynes his heirs and assigns for ever subject nevertheless to the payment of all my just debts & funeral expences and the costs of proving this my will as also the following legacies I direct my said son in law to pay unto my daughter Mary the wife of Thomas Davies of the City of Hereford labourer and Elizabeth the wife of William Williams labourer the sum of five pounds apiece which said several sums I hereby direct to be paid within twelve calendar months after my decease. And lastly I hereby appoint my said son in law Richard Haynes sole executor of this my will hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me heretofore made and declare this to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have to this my said will contained in one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this nineteenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and two.
