John Pritchard of Orcop, Hef. 1830.

I John Pritchard of the Lower Moores in the parish of Orcop in the County of Hereford do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say, that all my just debts and funeral expences and the proving of this my last will be payd by my executor herein after mentioned. I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Pritchard all that meadow call’d the burnt house meadow and common land adjoining in the parish of Orcop in the County of Hereford with all my living and dead stock with all my implements of husbandry with all my household goods of every description whatsoever, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth Pritchard, for her natural life and after her decease I give and bequeath unto my son William Pritchard all that meadow call’d the burnt house meadow and common land adjoining in the parish of Orcop in the County of Hereford with all my living and dead stock with all my implements of husbandry with all my household goods of every description whatsoever. I also give and bequeath unto my son John Pritchard the sum of one hundred pounds which he have already received. I also give and bequeath unto my son Thomas Pritchard the sum of one hundred pounds which he have already received. I also give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth the wife of James Baker the sum of sixty pounds which she have already received. I hereby appoint my son William Pritchard to be my whole and sole executor of this my last will and testament revoking all former and other wills heretofore by me made. Sign’d, seal’d, published and declar’d by the testator in the presence of us who at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses this twelvth day of January one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine.
