This is the last will and testament of me Catherine Pritchard of the parish of Orcop in the County of Hereford, spinster. First I will and direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences be duly paid and satisfied by my executrix hereinafter named out of my real and personal estate. And whereas I am entitled under the last will of my late grandfather William Matthews late of Broad Oak in the parish of Garway in the said County of Hereford unto one moiety or third part or share of and in certain messuages tenements lands hereditaments and premises situate lying and being in the several parishes of Garway and Llangarren or elsewhere in the said County of Hereford. Now I do by this my last will give devise and bequeath unto my Aunt Elizabeth Crump, wife of Thomas Crump of the said parish of Orcop in the County of Hereford, aforesaid, mason, all that my moiety share or shares of and in all and every part of the said messuages, tenements, lands, hereditaments and premises aforesaid given devised and bequeathed to me under and by virtue of the said last will of my late grandfather William Matthews to hold to her my said Aunt Elizabeth Crump her heirs executors administrators and assignees for ever. And as to all the rest residue and remainder of all my real and personal estate and effects of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever situate I give devise and bequeath the same and every part and parcel thereof unto my said Aunt the said Elizabeth Crump her heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever. And lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my said Aunt Elizabeth Crump sole executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last will and testament.
