            In the name of God Amen I Philip Phillips of the parish of Llanover in the County of Monmouth tucker do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say)   First I give and bequeath unto my daughter Margaret Phillips all my beds bedding linen woollen brass pewter household furniture or implements of household of every description for her own use.  Also I give and bequeath all my stock of cattle horses pigs sheep corn grain hay stock in trade implements of husbandry and trade money securities for money and debts that shall be due to me at my decease and all other my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever not hereinbefore disposed of, but subject nevertheless to the payment of all my just debts funeral expences and the costs of proving this my Will unto my sons William Phillips and Philip Phillips to hold unto them my said sons William Phillips and Philip Phillips their executors administrators and assigns equally to be divided between them share and share alike as or in nature of tenants in common.  And I do nominate constitute and appoint my sons William Phillips and Philip Phillips executors of this my Will and revoke all former Wills by me heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.  In witness whereof I the said Philip Phillips the testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the twenty fourth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eight.  Phillip Phillips

9th October 1810.   William Phillips and Philip Phillips the sons and joint executors in the within Will was sworn to the truth thereof and to the faithful performance of the same and that the goods chattels & credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of one hundred pounds.  Before me Chas Powell, Surrogate
