Henry Nicholas. Treleck Grange. Mon WILL Proved 13 Oct 1818 LL/1818/124

 

In the name of God Amen, I Henery Nicholas of the parish of Treleck Graing in the County of Monmouth, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say, I give devise and bequeath to my dear beloved wife Mary Nicholas all and singular my real personal estate and effects of what nature soever and wheresoever I am intitled unto or my be intitled unto at the time of my decease to his own disposal for ever and I do hereby appoint my brother in law William Hall of Treworgan in the parish of Landenny in the County of Monmouth and my said wife Mary Nicholas of the parish of Treleck Graing aforesaid my joint executors of this my will and hereby revoking all former wills by me made do hereby pronounce and declare this to be my last will and testament in witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 14 day of December and year one thousand eight hundred and fifteen, the mark of Henry Nicholas.

Signed, published and declared by the testator Henry Nicholas as his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our hand as witness to the due execution hereof. Edmund Jones, Mary Jones

 

13th day of October 1818. Mary Nicholas, widow, the relict of the deceased and exectrix named in this will was duly sworn as such and that the goods, chattels and credits of the deceased are under the value of six hundred pounds. Power being first reserved to the exer &c before me Chas Powell. AM, surrogate

Note: In the oath it say that Henry Nicholas died 6 June 1818
