This is the last will and testament of me Charles Nevill of the New Road in the parish of Llanelly in the County of Carmarthen Gentleman. I hereby direct that the club money to which my executors will become entitled from the indefatigable club kept at the Tiger at Swansea and the united Brethrens Society or Club kept at the Mansel Arms Llanelly be applied in payment of my funeral and testamentary expenses and I direct my furniture to be sold to pay my just debts and the overplus of that club money and all my personal estate over payment of debts I give and bequeath to my son Richard Ward Nevill. I also give and devise any and all reversionary right and interest I may now or hereafter become seized of in the farm and lands of Blaen dulais in the said parish of Llanelly in case my said son should die intestate and without lawful issue unto my sister Mrs Sarah Willets Broom her heirs and assigns for ever. I hereby appoint my nephews Charles William Nevill of Glanmor and Charles Nevill Broom of Ynis Cwm to be executors of this my last will by which I also revoke all former wills by me made. Llanelly 22nd Nov 1845. Charles Nevill Broom of Ynysycwm in the parish of Llanelly in the County of Carmarthen, one of the executors named in this will was sworn in common form; and he further made oath that the personal estate and effects of the within named testator at the time of his decease in the Diocese of St Davids were under the value of one hundred pounds, and that the testator died on the 25th day of October 1845 (power having been first reserved for making the like grant to the other executor therein named whenever he shall apply for it). At Llanelly the twenty second day of November 1845 appeared personally Charles Nevill Broom of Ynys y Cwm in the parish of Llanelly in the County of Carmarthen one of the executors named in the last will and testament of Charles Nevill late of the New Road in the Parish of Llanelly in the County of Carmarthen aforesaid deceased, who died on the twenty fifth day of October one thousand eight hundred and forty five and made oath that the estate and the effects of the said deceased for and in respect of which a Probate of the said will is to be granted (exclusive of what the deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a trustee for any other person or persons and not beneficially but including the leasehold estates for years of the deceased whether absolute or determinable on lives and without deducting anything on account of the debts due and owing from the deceased) are under the value of one hundred pounds to the best of this deponents knowledge, information and belief.
