I Charles Nevill the elder of the Town of Llanelly in the County of Carmarthen do declare this to be my last will and testament made this fifteenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirteen: Namely I give unto my sons Thomas Willetts Nevill, Charles Nevill and Richard Janion Nevill their heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the respective natures there of all my real and personal estate and effects whether goods chattels personalities leases freeholds or of any other nature and whether already paid for or not in trust for the following uses. That they shall permit my wife Martha Nevill to have the use of my linen plate china books and other my household furniture so long as she lives or may wish to enjoy the same but she is not to part with or dispose of the same in any way whatever. Out of the proceeds of my real and personal estate I charge my before named trustees to discharge and pay off all my just debts and in case this is not sufficient to sell such part of my said estate as my said sons may think best for that purpose. That the nett rents interest issues or other income arising from my said real and personal estate be paid to my wife during the term of her natural life. That at the decease of my wife Martha Nevill I give and bequeath to my sons Thomas Willetts Nevill and Charles Nevill two shares each in the Carmarthenshire Railway or Tramroad Company. That from and after the decease of my said wife I give unto my daughter Sarah Broom the sum of ten pounds per annum for the term of her natural life chargeable upon the land bought from the Commissioners Charles Hassall and William Hopkin on the outside of the Burgesses Bulwark such annuity to be paid by half yearly payments the first payment to commence in six months after the death of my said wife. This ten pounds per annum not to be in any way subject to the controul debts or engagements of her husband nor do I give her right to sell or alienate the same in any way whatever . And subject to the foregoing trusts I give my said real and personal estates and every part thereof unto and to the use of my said sons Thomas Willetts Nevill, Charles Nevill and Richard Janion Nevill their heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the natures thereof equally to be divided amongst them share and share alike as tenants in common and not as joint tenants and for the carrying into effect the intention of this my will my desire is that such real estates as at the time of my death I may have contracted and agreed for but which may not have been conveyed to me shall be paid for by my said sons out of my personal estate and be conveyed to them in manner aforesaid and upon the trusts of this my will and I hereby nominate and appoint my said sons Thomas Willetts Nevill, Charles Nevill and Richard Janion Nevill executors of this my last will and revoking all former wills declare this only to be my last will. In testimony whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seal the fifteenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and thirteen first above written. Charles Nevill.
