In the name of God amen ye second day of December in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand seaven hundred and foureteene I Mary Harrice of Langum in the County of Monmoth widdow (the relict of George Harrice late of Langum & County aforesaid Gent dec’d) being of sound and perfect memory thanks bee therefore given to Almighty God doe make & ordaine this my last Will and Testam’t in maner & forme following.  That is to say, First and principally I comend my soule into the hands of Almighty God & my body to bee buryed in Christian maner.  Item I give & bequeath towards the repacon of the Cathedrall Church of Landaffe one shilling.  Item I give & devise unto my daughter Alece Harrice all that messuage or tenem’t together wth one barne, one stable, one backhouse, one kilne or furnace, one cowhouse, one store house, one garden, three orchards & twelve p’cells of land, arrable meadow, pastures, woods wth th’appurtences called & known by the severall names of Kae Gwin, Krow Heore, Gwerne Klly, Kae yr Bont, Velod Newidd, Kae dan y Peo, Veloddish law yr Howle, Kae dish law r Peo, Kaer quarrell, Vrlod y Sturmon, Kae dich luwr hesole, Vrlod y Cawnen containing in the whole by estimacon fifty acres of land bee the same more or less, situate lying & being wthin the pish of Langum Ucha in the sd County & ...? of Uske, there betweene the lands leading from Cross y Pabe, towards Rewaren, the brooks cald Nant y March, the lands of John Williams, Gent, the lane leading from the house of the sd John Williams cald White House towards the house of the widd of Roger Evans of Langum Ucha, the lane leading from the lane afores’d toward the house of mee the sd Mary Harrice, the lands of John Gwin, Gent the lane leading from a place cald Baylee toward Cross y Pab, on all or most pts & sides thereof.  To have and to hold all and singular the devised premises wth thappurtenances unto my said daughter Alece Harrice her heires and assignes for ever, subject nevertheless & charged & chargeble to and for the paym’t of the sum & sums of money and provisoes herein after menconed and set forth, That is to say, Item I give and bequeath to my daughters Mary Harrice & Dorothy Harrice fifty pounds a peece to bee paid them sev’rally wth lawfull interest from my decease by my said daughter Alece when they ye said Mary & Dorothy shall respectiuoly shall have attained the age of one and twenty yeares.  And for the secureing of ye paym’t of fifty pounds a peece wth interest to my sd daughters Mary & Dorothy in maner as aforesd I doe hereby charge all and singular the sd devised p’mises wth thappurtenances for the paym’t thereof and subj’t to such further sum and sums of money & such provisoes as therein is after menconed (yt is to say) provided allways and my will is yt if my said daughter Alce, when shee shall have attaind the age of one and twenty yeares (if shee bee then sole or together wth her husband if shee bee then marryed) upon the request of my daughters Mary and Dorothy or either of them, or the survivor of them, refuse deny to  make, seale deliv’r execute, to any & acknowledge all such deeds, fines, Acts, conveyances & assureances in the law, as they the sd Mary & Dorothy, or the survivor of them, her or their Councell learned in ye law shall reasonably devise, advise & require for the sure conveying, setleing & assureing, and sure makeing unto my said daughters Mary & Dorothy & their heires, or to the survyvor of them, and her heires for ever, or to such pson or psons as they or any of them shall nominate & appoint all the share p...?, right, title interest claime & demand wtsoev’r of her the sd Alice and her heires of and in all that messuage or tenem’t cald Pont y Cath wherein Evan Morgan smith now dwelleth wth one ox house, one barne, one smiths shop, one backhouse, one ....? one orchard, and seaven pcells of land arrable meadow, & pasture comonly cald & known by the sev’rall names of Teew Hoskin, Kae nant y dishin, Kae skibor, Worlod pont y Cath, Worlod dan y Nant, Croft Bach, Worlod dych lwo ye Pee and foure other pcells of land cald Teere Stella scituate neare Garvawre, all wth sd pr’mises are scituate lying & being wth in the sd pish of Langum & County aforesd there by antient meares & bounds well knowne distingwisht, that then my will is and I doe hereby further charge all and singular the said p’mises wth the appurtenances therein &  hereby by mee devised unto my sd daughter Alce for the paym’t of one hundred pounds a peece in the whole wth interest from my decease unto my sd daughters Mary & Dorothy imediatly after they shall respectively have attaind the age of one & twenty yeares provided also and my will & meaneing is yt if either of my said daughters Mary & Dorothy shall depart this life before ye legacyes to them hereby given respectively shall become due & payable either in ye whole or in pte that then ye pte & share of her soe dying shall accrue to the survivor of them the sd Mary & Dorothy. 

            Ite I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary my best feather bed wth its appurtenances

            Ite I give and bequeath unto my daughter Dorothy my second best bed wth its appurtenances

            Ite I nominatt ordeine and appoint my well beloved friends Thomas Williams of Landomas & County aforesd Gent & Elizabeth his mother, Thomas Ridley of Langum in the sd County Gent & Elizabeth his wife to bee overseers of this my last Will & Testamt and I doe hereby comit to them ye care and guardenship of all my sd daughters & their respective estates dureing their respective minority, and all the rest of my goods chatles & psonall estate whereof I shall die possest and not herein before bequeathed, I give unto my said daughter Alice whome I also leave ordaine make constitute & appoint sole executrix of this my last Will & Testamt and hereby revoking all former & other Wills, and I declare this to bee my last Will & Testamt & noe other.  In wittness whereof I the said Mary Harrice have hereunto set my hand & seale the day & yeare first within written.  Mary Harrice.

NOTE: There is a second copy of this inventory.  It looks as if someone has done a tidier version for some reason or other.  They have used more modern spellings including with the appraisers names.  As two of the appraisers seemed to have signed their own names, I have used their versions.
