Philip Lloyd, Llandenny. Mon WILL Probate granted 30 April 1850 LL/1850/97

 

This is the last will and testament of me Philip Lloyd of Llandenny in the County of Monmouth. I hereby give and bequeath unto my dear wife Ann Lloyd all and singular my real and personal estates of what nature or kind soever to hold to her, her heirs and assigns subject to the payment of my mortgages. Just debts and funeral expenses and appoint her sole exectrix. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Twelfth Day of October one thousand eight hundred and forty four. Philip Lloyd

Signed by the said Philip Lloyd as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set out names as witnesses John Cleaver?; --?, Hereford; A Matthews his clerk

30th day of April 1850 Ann Lloyd. Widow, the relict of the deceased and sole executrix in this will named was duly sworn as such and that the goods, chattels and credits of the deceased are under the value of twenty pounds, before me. William Evans, surrogate
