And as touching such worldly goods, chattels and estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this life, I give, devise and dispose of the same in the following manner. Item I give and bequeath to my well beloved son Thomas Jones the house and all the appurtenances after the death of Mary my said wife to him and his family for ever without any molestation of any person or persons claiming any title? there unto. Item I give to Peter Jones my grandson one brass pott after the death of my said wife. Item I like wise constitute and appoint my eldest son Thomas Jones my only and sole executor of this my last will and testament all and singular the sd house with the appurtenances after the death of my sd wife. And I do hereby utterly disallow, revoke and disannul all and every other former testaments, wills and legacies, requests & executors by me in any ways before this --? named, willed and bequeathed, ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.
