William Johns of Rockfield.

This is the last will and testament of me William Johns of 1 Oak Grove, Rockfield, in the County of Monmouth.

  1. I revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me.
  2. I appoint Alfred Edwin Rudge of 7 Church Street in the Borough and County of Monmouth to be the Executor of this my will.
  3. I give to my daughter Evelyn Hetta Morgan the sum of seven hundred pounds free of duty.
  4. I give to my son William Luke Johns the sum of three hundred pounds free of duty.
  5. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my real and personal estate of whatsoever nature or kind and wheresoever situate unto and equally between my said daughter and my said son absolutely or to such one of them as shall be living at my death.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty fifth day of April one thousand nine hundred and sixty eight.
