This is the last will and testament of me George Johns of Ashleigh Colwall, Malvern in the County of Hereford made this twenty fifth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty nine. I hereby revoke all wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint [BLANK] to be my executor and direct that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I give and bequeath unto my son George Alfred Roby Johns seventeen one pound shares which I hold in John Meates & Co Ltd. Coal Merchants, Ledbury & several other places paying an annual dividend of seven per cent. To my son Harry Frederick Winwood Johns twenty one pound shares which I hold in the Colwall Gas Co Ltd. To my daughter Edith Grace Johns twenty one pound shares which I hold in the Mazawattee Tea Co Ltd paying 5½% Preference.
Signed by the said testator George Johns, in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.
