This is the last Will and Testament
of me John Pritchard of the parish of Llangeview in the County of
Monmouth yeoman. I give devise and
bequeath all my real estate if any and also all my personal estate of what
nature or kind soever unto Jane Blower of the said parish of Llangeview
spinster to hold the same unto her the said Jane Blower her heirs
executors administrators and assigns absolutely and I do hereby appoint the
said Jane Blower executrix of this my Will. In testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand this tenth day
of November one thousand eight hundred and fifty six. The mark of X John Pritchard. Signed by the said John Pritchard as and for his last Will
and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request
in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names
as witnesses (the same having been first read over to the said John
Pritchard in our presence and he appearing perfectly to understand the
