of Monmoth and diocesse of Landaff being of sound and pfect memory and rememberance
thankes be given to Almighty God doe make and ordaine this my last will and
testament in maner and form following first and principally I comend my soule
unto Almighty God my maker and redeemer and my body to be buried in Christian
buriall. Ite I give towards the
Cathedrall Church of Landaffe xiid.
Item I give to the pson of Tyntarn for my forgotten teithes vid. Item I give and bequeath to Johan Hudson
of the Citie of Bristoll widow all my messuage howses barnes buildings gardens
orchards meadows pastures woods and under with all other my lands and tenents
what soever lying and and being within the pishe of Tyntarn to have and to
hould unto the said Johan Hudson her heires and assignes for ever after
the decease of Jane my beloved wife.
Item I give and bequeath all my houshold stuffe moveable and unmoveable
and all my chattells and chattells what soever unto the said Johan Hudson
her heires and assignes after the decease of Jane my beloved wife. Item I give to Thomas Gethin the son
of John Gethin of Tyntarn the som of xiid. Item I give to Barbra the daughter of John Gethin
xiid. Itm I give to Elyzabeth Ely the daughter of John Gethin
xiid. Item I give to John Richards
& Dorety Richards the children of Thomas Richards twelve
pence a peece. Item I give to Mathew
& Dorety & Richard the children of Richard Ely
twelve pence a peece. And of this my
last will and testament I doe nominat and apoint my beloved friend Johan
Hudson to be my sole executrix. The
