Henry Thomas King Shayle – 1868 Mitchel Troy

 

This is the last will and Testament

of me Henry Thomas King Shayle in the

parish of Mitchel Troy in the County of

Monmouth I give and bequeath to my said wife

for her life and all my interest in the dwelling house

and land in which I reside and the buildings

held therewith under His Grace the Duke of

Beaufort and also all that freehold land and

buildings now held by me in the above parish

and all my household furniture stock and other

effects of what nature or kind soever I give and

bequeath to my said wife for her life and after

her decease I give and bequeath the same freehold

Cot and other effects of what nature or kind soever

to Edward Christopher Constance and his heirs son

of Cartwright and Susanna Constance of the

Panty in the parish of Newchurch East hereby

nominate and appoint Cartwright Constance

sole Executor of this my will and hereby revoking

all former wills by me made do declare this only

to be my last will and testament In Witness –

whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal

this tenth day of February in the year of our

Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven

Said Henery Thomas King Shayle as his last will

and Testament in the presence of us who in

his presence at his request and in the presence

of each other have hereunto set our names as witnesses

                        Proved at Llandaff on the fifteenth day of

                        February 1868 by the oath of Cartwright

                        Constance the sole executor to whom

                        Administration was granted

The Testator Henry (otherwise Henery) Thomas King

Shayle was late of the parish of Mitchel Troy in

the county of Monmouth market gardener and

died on the thirteenth day of February 1867 at

Mitchel Troy aforesaid ____________________________
