Be it known that Sarah Hathaway of Prospect Cottage, Brockweir, Saint Briavels in the County of Gloucester who at the time of her death had a fixed place of abode at Prospect Cottage aforesaid within the District of the Gloucester Probate Registry died on the thirteenth day of January 1917 at The Myrtles, Brockweir aforesaid a widow and intestate.
And be it further known that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said intestate were granted by His Majesty’s High Court of Justice at the District Probate Registry thereof at Gloucester to Albert John Hathaway of No 6 Dyfrig Road, Ely, near Cardiff in the County of Glamorgan, brewery labourer, the natural and lawful son and one of the next of kin of the said intestate.
