In the name of God amen I John Harry of the parish of Minithusloine and County of Monmouth yeoman and the Dioces of Landaff, being something decayed in body but of a sound and perfect memory, blessed be the Allmighty, and calling to mind the uncertain estate of this transitory life and that all men must yeild to death when it pleaseth God to call, doe make, ordaine constitute, publish and declare this my last will and testament in maner and form following, revocking, and disannulling all other will or wills testament and testaments heretofore made and declared either by word or writtings, and this is to be taken only for my last will and testament. First and principally I do comand, and comitt my soul into the hands of the Allmighty God my maker hopeing through the merritts death and passion of Jesus Christ my only saviour to optaine full and free pardon and remission of all my sins, and inherite eternal life, and my body I comit to be buried by the discretion of my executors hereafter named to apoint. And now for the settling of my temporal estate, goods, cattle, and chattles, houshould stuff, and implemts as it hath pleased God to bestow me, I so order devise give and dispose in manner and form following, that is to say. First I will that all my depts and duties shall be well and truly paid, and my funeral charges discharged by my executors. Item I do devise give and bequeath unto my daughter Lidia one chest and ten pounds pf Brittish money to be paid to her in the term of ten years after the time of my decease to witt one pound in the first year after my decease and so to continue yearly for the space of ten years provided that she so long liveth. Ittem I do give and bequeath unto my sister Martha five pounds of Brittish money to be paid yearly for the space of five years after the time of my decease provided that she so long liveth. Ittem I give and bequeath unto my sister Mary ten shillings. Ittem I give and bequeath unto Martha Nicolas my neece ten shillings. Ittem I give and bequeath unto Mary Nicolas five shillings. Ittem Ittem I give and bequeath unto Harry Rice my nephew one shilling. Ittem I give and bequeath unto Tabitha Rice my neece one shilling. Ittem I give and dispose unto Thomas Edward one pound of Brittish money to be paid within the space of one year after the time of my decease provided that he then will be an assistant in the Ministry of the Gospel, serving the Church of Christ meeting at the Blaene. Ittem I give and bequeath unto Mary Lewis my neese one pound of Brittish money. Ittem I give and bequeath unto Sara Lewis my neese one pound of Brittish money. Ittem I do give and bequeath nominate and appoint my loveing wife Sara and my beloved son Morgan Harry to be joint executors of this my last will and testament disposing to them all the rest and residue of all my goods cattles and chattels implements whatsoever.
