In the name of God Amen, I Mary Griffiths of the parish of Langoven in the County of Monmouth and Diocese of Landaff, widow, being of sound and perfect mind, memory and understanding do make this my last will and testament in manner following. First I give and bequeath to my grandson William Williams one feather bed bolster, also unto my son William Williams on feather bed, bolster and bedstead with two pair of sheets and rug or coverlid and three shillings a week payable by my executor herein after named, if he should wish to depart from his brother. But as long as he lives with his brother my executor herein after named and carefully minds his business and does what he is able, his brother is to maintain and decently clothe him as long he lives and after his decease to pay for his funeral expences. All the residue and remainder of estate with my goods, chattels, bonds with all other properties of what kind soever to me appertaining I give, devise and bequeath unto my son James Williams whom I constitute and appoint whole and sole executor of this my last will and testament. And I do hereby utterly revoke, disallow and disannul all former bequests, wills and legacies by me heretofore in any wise left or made, declaring, ratifying and conforming this and no other to be my last will and testament. Signed, sealed, published and declared by the within named testatrix (Mary Griffiths) to be her last will and testament in presence of us who have subscribed our names in the presence of said testatrix and of each other Wm Williams, Minister of Penyclawdd & Langoven, William Roberts of the parish of Ragland.
22ND day of December 1830. James Williams the lawful son of the deceased and sole executor in this will named was duly sworn as such and that the goods, chattles and credits of the deceased are under the value of one hundred pounds, before me, Hy Williams, Surrogate

22nd day of December 1830. Appeared personally James Williams of the parish of Langoven in County of Monmouth, farmer, the sole executor named in the last will and testament of the said Mary Griffiths late of the parish of Langovan aforesaid, widow, deceased, who died in the thirty first day of December 1829 and made oath that the estate and effects of the said deceased for and in respect of which at probate of the said will is to be granted exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a trustee for any other person or persons and not beneficially but including the leasehold estate for years of the said deceased whether absolute or determinable on lives (if any) and without deducting any thing on account of the debts due and knowing from? the said deceased are under the value of one hundred pounds to the best of this deponents knowledge, information and belief.
