            Noverint universi per presents nos Blachiam Dixton pochi de penalt in Comitatu Monmoth vidum et Guliemum Dixton de eadeni pochi in Comitat predict bacalarium teneri et firmiter obligari Edmundi Dixton de eadem pochi et Comitat predicta Rotifer in decem libris bone et Legalis monete Anglie solvendis eidem Edmundi Dixton aut certo attornato executorbus administratores vel assign suis ad quam quidem solutionem bene et fideliter faciendam obligamus nos et utrumque nostrum per se pro toto et in solidum heredes, executores et administratores nostros firmiter per presentes sigillis nostris sigillatas Date vicesimo quarto die Aprillis Anno Regni domini nostri Anne die gratia Magna Brittain Regne fidei defensoris &c nono Annoque 1710

 

            The ccondition of this present obligaion is such that if the above bounden Blanch Dixton, William Dixton or either of them their or either of their heirs executors administrators or assigns or any of them shall and do well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the above named Edmund Dixton his executors administrators or assignes the full whole and entire sum of five pounds of good and lawfull mony of England on the four and tweentith day of September next ensuing the date of these presents at or the dwellinghouse of him the said Edmond Dixton without any fraud or further delay or deceit then this obligation to be void and on none effect or else to be and remain in full form and vertue.
