Jenkins of the parish of Manmilad in the County of Monmouth farmer being
sound memory and under standing praised be God for the same do make this my
last Will and Testament in maner following that is to say I give and bequeath
to my daughter Anne James the sum of one pound each? year during the
term of four years then to be void. I
give and be queath the sum of two pounds to Martha Sanders my grand
child now residing with I give be queath to Martha Sanders one bed and
bedstick and bed cloathing I give and be queath all my goods chattels personal
estate and effects of what nature or kiend so ever unto my daughter Martha
Jenkins now residing with in the in the said County her hiers executors
administrators and assigns and I do here by nominate and constitute appoint my
daughter Martha Jenkins sole executor of this my last Will and Testament
here by revoking and making void all former and other Will or Wills here fore
by me made and I do de clare this to be my las Will and in witness where of I
have here of set my hand and seal this twenty ninth day of April one thousan
eight hundred and twenty five

spinster the lawful daughter of the deceased and sole executrix in this Will
named was duly sworn as such and that the goods chattles and credits of the
said deceased are under the value of one hundred pounds. Before me Thos Williams, MA, Surrogate

Llandaff In the Consistory Court. In the Goods of Mr David Jenkins deceased,

Personally Martha Jenkins of the parish of Mamhilad in the County of Monmouth, spinster the sole Executrix named
in the last Will and Testament of the said
David Jenkins late of the parish of Mamhilad aforesaid farmer
deceased, who died on the thirteenth
day of January 1833 and made Oath that
the Estate and Effects of the said deceased, for and in respect of which a Probate
of the said Will is to be granted, exclusive of what the said deceased may have
been possessed of or entitled to as a Trustee for any other Person or Persons,
and not beneficially, and without deducting any thing on account of the Debts
due and owing from the said deceased, are under the value of one hundred Pounds, to the best of this Deponent’s knowledge, information,
and belief. And she lastly made Oath that the said deceased did not die
possessed of any Leasehold Estate or Estates for years, either absolute or
determinable, on a life or lives to the best of this Deponent’s knowledge,
