Be it known that William Bowden of 17 Jubilee Road, Six Bells, Abertillery, Gwent died on the 21^st day of February 1980 domiciled in England and Wales intestate and be it further known that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said intestate were granted by the High Court of Justice at the said Registry to Mrs Esther Irene Bowden of 17 Jubilee Road aforesaid.

And it is hereby certified that an Inland Revenue account has been delivered wherein it is shown that the gross value of the said estate in the United Kingdom (exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a trustee and not beneficially) amounts to £13101.63 and that the net value of the estate amounts to £12810.53.
