In the name of God Amen the twenty sixe day of February one thousand sixe hundred seventy and three acording to ye computation of ye Church of England I William Andrew of ye parish of Chappell Hill in the Countie of Monmoth, yeoman, being of perfect memory and rememberance praised be God do make and ordaine this my last will and testament in manner and forme following.
First I bequeath my soul into the hands of Allmity God my maker hoing that through the meritorious death and passion of Jesus Christ my only saviour and redeemer to reseive full pardon and forgivenes of all my sins and as for my body to be buried in Cristian buriall at ye discrestion of my executrix hereafter nominated.
Item I give and bequeath to Morgan John my cussin, yeoman my best suite of aparell or cloaths.
Item I give and bequeath all my free hould lands in in ye pish of Lantrisent in the Countie of Monmoth to to Juan my wife to have and to hould for the terme of her naturall life.
Item Allsoe I give to Juan my wife all my goods, money, cattels and chattels whatsoever I have to her for ye terme of her life and after her desease to her right heires for ever and allsoe I doe ordaine my wel beloved wife be my executrix and allsoe I doe apoint Lisont Williams of Woolfsnewtown to be joint executrix of this my last will and testament revokin all all other wills and testaments from ye beginning of the world to ye day of the date heer of I doe ordaine this to be my inter changably will or irrovocably
