Item I give to the Cathedral Church of Landaffe vid. Itm I give & bequeath towards the Church of Langeby where my will is to be buried vid. Itm I give & bequeath to Joan the nowe wife of John Andrewe of Langeby iiiis and to Margarett Daniell the daughter of Daniell Thomas Evan of Lanbadock vs. Itm I give devise & bequeath unto Elizabeth Thomas the nowe wife of Roger John of Tredunnock (excepting my wife thirds or dowre therein) one messuage, one garden? & one orchard therunto belonginge wth appurtenances scituatt lyeinge & being in the pishe of Langeby in the said Countie of Monmoth by meanes & bounds there well ---? & nowe in the tenure & occupacon of Richard Edward of Langeby aforsayd to have & to hold the sayd messuage garden & orchard wth the apptenances except before excepted unto the sayd Elizabeth Thomas & her assignes ---? after my decease for & dureing the tearm of the naturall life of the sayd Elizabeth Thomas fullie to be completed & ended, and after the decease of the sayd Elizabeth Thomas I doe give devise & bequeath the sayd messuage garden & orchard wth the apptenences except before excepted unto Wm Wm gent eldest sonne of George Wm of Clomondie? in the pishe of Lanhenok gent to have & to hould the sayd messuages garden & orchard wth the apptenances unto the sayd Wm Wm his heires & assignes foreverymediattlie after the decease of the sayd Elizabeth Thomas to behoulden of the chieff land or lands of the fee or fees of the ---? & under the ---? rents duties and ---? thereuppon due & of right ----? --?.
