This little village is just short way from Nahausen, and the church was
part of the Nahausen parish. The church building dates from the 13th-14th
century. Surnames in Reichenfelde in the early 1700's include Bennewitz,
Witte, Sasse, Schwartze and Koppe, among others. At that time, this was a
vegetable seed growing area.
