Will proved on 9 dec 1799 in Louisa County Virginia Left entire estate to his wife during her widowhood. After her death, it was to be: "the same shall be equally divided among all my children now living, and the children of my deceased son Jesse. . ."

100 acres of land was left to John and Mary Perkins by the will of Luke Anthony in 1790. The land, 100 acres was conveyed to Peter Bibbs of St. Paul's Parish 3 Feb. 1701. Wm & Mary Q 22: 172.
John Perkins held public service claims for patriot service rendered during the Revolutionary War.
